Window cleaning team of all access methods

Simon's leader in the industry

We have all of the necessary certifications, qualifications, and equipment to go where others cannot.

Aerial lift

The use of an aerial work platform enables the completion of duties at altitudes of up to 300 feet. As opposed to using a ladder or water-fed pole, this mechanical elevating mechanism is operated by the operatives to help them reach greater heights. Mobile aerial platforms mounted on trucks cut down on setup time significantly.

Rope access

Rope Access

We are the only New York-based crew to hold certification from the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT). Rope access is one of the most effective ways to access limited locations and complex structures, and we can provide it if the building does not permit truck mount.

BMU & Davit System

The davit system is the most reliable and popular method of suspending equipment from the building's edge. It's a risk-free option for doing things like keeping the outside of your house in good shape or cleaning the windows. Because of its position on the roof, the platform can be moved in all directions.

Water Fed Pole

Water Fed Pole

Windows up to 80 feet high can be cleaned securely from the ground using a water-fed pole. The system employs chemical-free filtered water to thoroughly rinse away soil and grime, resulting in a spotless surface upon drying. It's a quick and easy way to clean outside windows without the need for ladders or other bulky equipment.

Scissor lift

Cleaning windows from the ground using a scissor lift is the best solution for low-rise, flat-surfaced structures. Scissor lifts are installed at a building's foundation and are operated by a driver on the ground. When more weight is being lifted or there is a need for more space to operate in, scissor lifts are the way to go. When raised, they're maneuverable, and the single or double-extending decks provide more space for working. They may be controlled from the safety of the work platform, reducing the need to repeatedly climb up and down the ladder.

From inside

From inside

There are many ways to gain access to a building's windows, but the easiest and safest way to clean them is from the inside. It's great for washing the exterior and interior of windows, as well as the frames and sills. However, it works for only openable windows; otherwise, other access techniques must be used.
