Payment

The payment is due upon job completion. We accept all forms of payment: personal and company checks, cash and credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, and AmEx). New York State Sales Tax of 8.875% is applicable.

Service Agreement:

If payment is not made on the date of service, the client will be responsible for all legal and other expenses incurred by Simon’s Window Cleaning to collect payment. Commercial clients will be subject to a 5% late fee every 30 days.

 

Clients must notify Simon’s Window Cleaning at least 24 hours prior to canceling their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $200 and up.

 

Client must clearly state service specifications prior to the service date. It is the client’s responsibility to review services performed after the job has been completed. The price agreed upon for services must be paid in full.
