Payment Terms
If payment is not received on the date of service, the client may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred to collect payment.
For commercial accounts, unpaid balances may be subject to a 5% late fee every 30 days, in accordance with the service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that clients notify Simon's Window Cleaning at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee starting at $200, depending on the scope of the scheduled service.
Service Details & Completion
To ensure accurate service and pricing:
- Clients should clearly communicate service specifications before the scheduled service date
- We encourage clients to review the completed work at the time of service
The agreed-upon price for services must be paid in full upon completion.
